Terms of Use

Last updated: draft, not yet reviewed by counsel.

This is a standard SaaS terms-of-use draft, not a legal document reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked before relying on it for a public launch.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Qraftlink, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Qraftlink to create QR codes that link to malware, phishing, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate this.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the destinations, designs, and data you create. You grant us the license needed to host, render, and serve your QR codes and their redirects.

5. Service availability

Qraftlink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. See system status for current uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qraftlink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Contact
